Which spear is the right one

we know it has a fish symbol and its copper rimmed but is it the leaf shaped one the "special" leaf shaped one or the regular spear

I would like to know this as well. The only difference is one has a "special" leaf shape while the other one is just leaf-shaped...

If you are success pick a book and confrontation with Von Wollner in his room. his book said about First christain 'Fish' mark. and Statue's Spear of Saint Longinus in Mortimer's Study also have 'Fish' mark too.

all pointing that it's a fish. Von Wollner also tell its a copper not gold. Same as Louis knowledge when reading the exegesis book that use to open the gate door.

About the Shape;
Piaggi told us it a boar spear which could be misled as catholic interpetae just as well as gold.
The Saint Longinus could be a bait cause it's too obvious with leaf-shape.
While Longinus painting at Mortimer's Study which he is hiding in plain sight suggest it 'Spear-shape'

So : 'Copper' , 'Spear shape' , and 'Fish' mark on it : the middle one at the last platform with two flame surrounded it.

PS .The result still come up with not finding all enabling the spear clues. Anyone else come up with other lead ? except Piaggi, Von W , the Exegesis book, the Longinus painting and statue.

One of the clues tells that it's shiny so I took the gold boar spear instead of the copper one. I did not come across to Wollner to find out about the copper clue so I think I got the wrong one, I wonder how it will come back to bite me in the ass.

I might have taken the wrong one, but the events immediately after it made me quit the game. They really made a wrong turn with the story, such a shame

I couldn't figure out what I missed since I did all of that and it said I missed a clue. I did pick the same one as you though.

I couldn't figure out what I missed since I did all of that and it said I missed a clue. I did pick the same one as you though.

Two clues in mortimer's study(statue and painting), Piaggi's notes, Getting the boar spear clue from Piaggi, The clue during the confrontation with Von Wollner, and the clue from the book after winning it, and finally the clue from the exegesis book...

That is only seven, but when I looked at the list reviewing all the clues, I had nine lines in the list... so I am either missing something, or investigating further in one(or more) of the clues is important. I know the painting in Mortimer's study is one such investigation, as one clue comments on it, and the clue immediately after it repeats and elaborates.

I did get the scholar of faith trait(getting all the clues), and it said I got them all in the recap...

So I'm also guessing it's the spear/copper/fish combo, but......I REALLY hate that it's also the one on a pedastle with railing and torches around it. It stands out so much more than the other spears it makes me seriously second guess myself. Plus why would the spear have a symbol of early Christianity on it? Doesn't make sense....

One one a petsital with all the candles around it. Get clues in logical places from Vo Wollner, Preists room and Mortimers office.
the "spear" shaped one with fish if you go there there are 3 copper spears with a fish and to of them are the same shape so even without actually getting one of the 2 clues for the shape (winning debate with priest himself or get it from his office) you can figure it out.

meh it is alright mortimer likely thought it was likely to be the one or knew it was. and with no knowledge whatsowever of which spear it is the one right under the cross looks the most positioned to be it via enviroment anyway.

yeah it bugged me that the "right" lance was positioned in such an obvious spot, I really wanted to find something that contradicted any of the clues that might suggest Piaggi or Wollner were lying, but I can't find anything concrete suggesting it would be anything other than spear/copper/fish on the one central pedestal surrounded by candles

Some retellings have Longinus as a good guy, idk why.
