About "Saturn devouring his son" one of the pictorial works that appear in the game trailer.
The painting "Saturn devouring his son" is one of the oil paintings on plaster that were part of the decoration of the walls of the house that Francisco de Goya acquired in 1819, called "La Quinta del Sordo". Therefore, the work belongs to the series of Black Paintings.
This work, along with the rest of the other Black Paintings of Goya was copied to canvas from 1873 by the painter Salvador Martínez Cubells to be exhibited at the International Exhibition of Paris in 1878, since 1889 those works on canvas belong to Museo del Prado , in Madrid.
If the game is set in 1793 it is absolutely impossible that this work in particular can appear in it, and even less in the form of an oil painting painted on canvas because it was painted a few years later by Goya.
I think that if this paint appears in the trailer it is because it is a relatively important part of the plot of the game, but apparently the developers have not investigated enough about the work of the author and neither about the painting in question. In the wikipedia they could easily find this data, it is not necessary to go even the web of the Museo del Prado...
