windows media player not installed

i will play rise of nation and it don´t work because it says media features pack is not installed. i will download it but my pc will be not update this windows media player pls help me.

ehmm cant imagine you need windows media player tbh
But maybe for the intro movie.

You can change the rise2.ini file not to show the intro movie.
Maybe that fixes the problem for you?

Default install location is (hidden location):
C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Games\Rise of Nations\Rise2.ini
Right click to open with notepad.
Change:
SkipIntroMovies=0 into SkipIntroMovies=1 then save.

I tried to help Zero, but he was on a Windows build that has no media feature pack available yet.
