Thank you Meensai, which file can we go to to re-validate?
In Addition to that the rules.xml, techrules.xml and the unitrules.xml got redownloaded and replaced with EXACTLY the same versions (till the last bit the same ones!) as well.
As for Meensai, he only got a new help.xml. After revalidation our problem with the "game is out of sync in rules" vanished.
A new problem occured now: With the v1.10 we are able to use local game mods in singleplayer, but in the multiplayer they are not showing up in the dropdown menu for the host, uploading the mod to the workshop (wich works with the v1.10 just fine btw) and using the non local version seems to fix that.
