Game won't launch on Windows 11

I uninstalled all my mods, reinstalled the game but it just won't launch on windows 11. Is anyone else facing this issue?

I have Windows 11, and for me it works fine i have never installed any mods what so ever tho

It was a mod, had to uninstall all the mod files and now it's running. Man! I am addicted to this game!
