Which is weird because you made and/or renovated those 2 Scens..... so...... yea....
But sure, I'm all in favor of diversifying Scens.
Go to Main -> Tools & Extras -> Steam Workshop
Then find your mod, which should be in this directory before hitting the publish button:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rise of Nations\mods\(your mod folder name)
You can also directly upload your mod if its a Scenario if you are in the Scenario Editor (it will prompt you when you save your Scen)
