I found out how to run the game in 4k without a small ui :)
Make sure your resolution in windows is set to 4k. Put the game in windows mode. Buy Lossless Sclaing tool here on Steam. Put it to Auto fullscreen. You can now play RoN in 4k without a small ui ^^
