how do i build wonders

i have made nukes played thro all ages but where is the tab to create wonders, i cant find them

Click on a citizen. There is a button to build a wonder.

Note that there can only be 1 copy of wonder in the game. (If someone else already built Colossus, then you can't build Colossus anymore). If you can't build wonder at all, then that means someone else already built all the wonders.
