Xbox Live profile sign in Steam version

Hi, is there a possibility to sign in to Xbox live profile in Steam version of Rise of Nations Extended Edition? In order to earn Xbox achievements? Or do I have to buy Microsoft Store version to earn Xbox achievements?

I have the Steam and CD version of Rise of Nations, currently there is no way to link your xbox live account to either to get acheivment, and this game is only available on PC to my knowledge

I know that I can sign in to Xbox live account in the Microsoft Store version of the game and earn Xbox achievements. I was just wondering if there's a way to also sign in to Xbox live profile in the Steam version of the game like I can do in Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition.

Or is it basically this?
Steam version: only earn Steam achievements
Microsoft Store version: only earn Xbox achievements

In Aoe 2 I can earn both in Steam version if I link my xbox profile in-game.

I think its what you said, steam version has steamworks achivements, workshop and other integrations while the Microsoft Store version is separate

I think the only thing those two are related is (i think) multiplayer
