my PC go loud when i open Metro: Last light redux
my spec
-Ryzen 5 2600
-Rx 6600 XT
-16GB ram

*When I open the game, my PC is running at full capacity. The cooling fans I have installed on my PC spin as fast as they can, even my AIO pumps are running at full capacity, all of them make a horrible noise.

but when i open vsync my pc works as it should. in return it locks at 60fps which makes me uncomfortable while playing

*Is there any other way to solve the above problem without opening vsync?

Thanks

Check your CPU/GPU temps, what do they max out to? I rarely see AIO water pumps running on a variable speeds even if they support PWM. They usually do fine running at 50-75% duty cycle at all times.

What is your monitor's refresh rate? Really no point in exceeding that by just a few FPS. Do you use VRR?

My english is not good so i'm using google translate

*My CPU temp 35*C
( usage 25%-30% )
*My GPU temp 51*C [This temperature remains the same when outside the desktop]
( UNSTABLE gpu usage 32%-99% )

I think my pc's temperature is not too hot for my cooling fans to work at full capacity

*My screen refresh rate is 165hz i need 80 fps to experience this game best (when i turn off v-sync my pc can reach more than this)

*My problem it happens in menus and during play
My GPU Fan, AIO Fan, Fan case all of them work at full capacity when i turn off V-sync

Set your desktop refresh rate to 165 and set your max FPS in the driver control panel to 164. If you're using VRR with Gsync, enable that in the driver control panel as well. Then enable low latency mode to ultra and enable vsync from the diver control panel.

This will ensure your games don't try to go above your VRR max FPS and you will get synced frames in all games.

I found that OCing my 144hz panel to 165 caused stuttering to I left it at 144. I've also found that some games hitting 144 FPS instead of a max of 143 could also cause stuttering. Adding this just for clarification of the above recommendations.

Run some stress tests on both CPU and GPU at separate times: prime95 (blend) for CPU and MSI kombuster for GPU. Then check the maximum temp with something like coretemp (or other monitoring software for CPU) and MSI afterburner (for GPU). Let the tests run for like 10-20 mins each to saturate the water temperature, then check for max temp.

What often happens with runaway fan speeds is either A) their max RPM is too high for your liking and it sounds like a jet engine because they're hitting a low temp threshold that is telling them to ramp up too soon or B) you actually are overheating, you're getting thermal throttling and your processor frequency lowers, and the fans/pump max out to assist in bringing temps down so you don't throttle.

When i turned off Free-sync my problem was solved

Thank you
