Does killing people affect the ending at all? *spoiler alert*
First off I am writing about Last Light the original but because the redux is the same game it pretty much applies. Anyway, if you kill enemies, does it affect the ending if I want to get the good ending. Obviously killing pavel or the traitor affect it so I will let them live but how about regular enemies? Or just try and knock all them out? This and listening to the conversations or actions that give you the white light, how exactly do you get the good ending?

No effect. They also got rid of the shadow ranger achievement so there isn't really a point to not killing anyone, unless it's your personal preference.
You can get more info on the wiki. You have to scroll down to last light.

They got rid of that achievement on the redux version but it still shows up for my regular copy of last light, but good to know that it won't affect it. Thanks!

Killing people certain people will affect the ending, people other than Pavel and Lesnitsky. The "white light" you see is what you want if you want the good ending. Listening to stories throughout the Metro is canon to Artyom's character, anything with that light adds to your "moral" points.
