redux keys?
metro last light, "seperation" theres a key with a red ribbon on a little table, purpose/reason?

Yes. Keys only unlock safes in the same level, or any level before you cannot return (a door closes etc).

then i have to look harder :) was the safe3 always there (and has now become active) or is the safe a new object,, this is my 5th run thru metro, so i wanna know if i have to look for something new

Do the safes ever have good stuff?

Most of the time, it's a few military grade bullets, that's it... I was expecting a bigger reward. >_>
