Lap dance and good ending

I have only killed a few outside of the level youre allowed to and gotten every other moral point. can I get the good ending if I get this?

Dunno about Redux, but on the old one, if you missed any explorable zone or killed 1 out of X persons, there is no way you will get good ending... Stupid game design if you ask me. 99% of people that played this game for the first time, got a bad ending for sure. If you want to check what is needed for good ending, I suggest using google for the complete list?

I have been able to get both endings regardless of paying for a lapdance or not. There is a threshold of the amount of morally positive points needed for good ending. The only specific actions are with pavel and lesnitsky, the rest count for much less, but they do count. You could save pavel and kill lesnitsky or vice versa and still get the good ending based on the amount of other moral points.
