Unable to find any filters - keep suffocating

I'm at the "Echoes" mission, and we get to the point where we're at the blast doors waiting for them to open with the creatures attacking us. I have zero filters, and I can't find any. How do I survive this?

Search more before you reach that point, most will agree that there are more than enough filters so long as you are actively searching for and managing your supplies.

You can repeatedly take the mask off and on to mess and wait until you choke to put it back on so the filter time does not go down. This trick is really helpful for long missions that require the gas mask.

There's a car before you jump through the wall but that's too late I suppose. There's also a small locker on the wall near the hole you enter the building through. The standoff is scripted so just pace around and buy time until one of the enemies smacks you to the ground and you're clear.
