Changing Audio Settings
I have this weird sound issue where when characters are talking and look away the sound of their voices drops to near zero. If it wasn't for the subtitles i wouldn't know someone was talking. It's like the audio was in surround or something. How do I change this?

All audio settings like this must be done in *Win- systemsettings for sound and/or in sound program for headphones/speakers. If you have 7.1 - disable it. 7.1 have given many sound issues in this game.
