just listen to some conversations here and there, explore a bit, dont kill too many humans (but you are allowed to kill, just not too much... some missions also force u to kill, thats alright)

Basically it. I killed the Mother Bear and still got the good ending.
Oh, so I can just load the game at the level with fight with Pavel, kill him and I will get the bad ending? Becouse I dont realy like to play the howl thing as a meany.

You can, that will overwrite your decision and cause the bad ending, if you continue to play from that point forward.
There are a few moral choice moments ranging from somewhat to extremely obvious that would give you negative morality points for going the lethal route. Outside of these moments you can use whatever play style you want with little to no narrative consequences.
Few? Pretty much like 20-30 of them. Esp when you're with the Little One.
