What's the purpose for the watch again?
I didn't really understood what it's purpose is. Also what's with the blue thingy near the watch?

It's basically a timer for your filters.

The blue light on the watch tells you if you're visible or not (for an example, if you're in the cover of darkness, the blue light turns off, and when you're visible to the enemy again, it turns on, and so on.)

You can see actual time too while in game!

its a timer for your filters and the blue light tells you if enemies can spot you or not

If you tap 'Y' you can kinda see how much ammo you have left in your gun. Somewhat useful when playing on one of the higher levels.
