Getting a closer look at the watch?

Rarely had I had time to have a look at those screenshots taken in the game. When I came across this pic: http://imgur.com/a/9QqbE I wondered if I had had pressed a key to look closer at the watch or this was just one of some idle animations.
I am the playing the game but I don't seem to find out.

Its 'Y' key and the watch is quite useful.

Press Watch button (Depend on your key binding, check in setting). BTW, pick a weapon then standing and don't move for few seconds, Artyom will do something very funny. :D

You can also use Y to check things like how many bullets you got left in some weapons (if on ranger hardcore).
