Game stuck at the end of dark water

Hi

Every time I finish "dark water" mission (the fisherman tells me to throw his bomb box in the water) the game freezes after the big wave (just as the screen gets dark) and I need to kill the process and start the mission again.

I tried running the game in safe mode but it change anything.

Im playing on: Survival, Hardcore
My PC is Windows 10

Can someone help?

When you say "start the mission" again, do you load last checkpoint save and continue or do you reload the chapter from the beginning using the chapter select menu? In most cases the latter works, whereas loading from checkpoint results in the same experience....

I used to get a crash JUST BEFORE I finished the game (good ending), I reinstalled the game a bunch of times and validated the cache a few times then worked after a lot of trying, also had to restart the chapter, which was fine since it was the last one.

Tried it and the same thing happens.. I will try to check the files and reinstall

Remember to backup your game files first, or make sure its on the cloud and ♥♥♥♥, would be really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ if you lost all that progress...

I git simillar problem with last mission, where I was deffending line between sparta and reds.
Game crashed at the end and when I was reloading the checkpoint, game freezed and crashed every time. Loading the chapter solved this problem.

I verified the integrity of the game files and it surprisingly told me I had 2 gigs missing

After it downloaded the missing files the problem was solved.
