Not really scary like jumpscares or blood juste as mentioned above, but you can feel unconfortable by the reaction of Lilith. In my first run I did harm her but I don't really understand how. My english is pretty far from perfect so I may not understand a answer I give to her...

Even though the game is inspired by DDLC and YOU and ME and HER there's no jumpscares or gore. It's just "atmospheric", I guess.
