Occansional Issues with the UI

Anyone else running into the occasional case of the game basically showing nothing but the options and history tabs when they progress dialogue cuz I had that happen when I got to "Just Lilith" and one other time before. First time, it didn't do anything but the second time since it didn't backtrack I couldn't make a choice, it did it for me.
