Having a couple of issues

I'm a little disappointed with this game as there is very little in the way of help available in-game. I would like to know how to get a monorail track to go up into the air (as I have seen it do in one of the campaign levels).

I would also like to know how to satify the visitor's 'watch animals' need. I have aviaries and aquaria in my zoo but they either don't visit them or only visit them once (meaning they walk around the zoo the rest of the time wishing they could see a new animal and with a sad face bubble above their heads).

I'm not sure if you're still trying to do the monorail track thing - but here's how you change the elevation. While you're placing a track piece, hold the left mouse button and drag the mouse up/down. This will raise or lower the track piece that you're about to place.

For seeing different animals, this typically means actual animals in enclosures. I don't think it means the conservatories. If you have large spaces in your park without any animals, visitors will typically have that thought.
