Bought DLC. How do I access it?

Hello,
I purchased the Carribean DLC, installed it, and Steam tells me it's in my library, but I don't see it anywhere. I don't see it listed seperately, like Wildlife 2 DLCs are. I also do not see a way to access it once I open the game. Am I missing something? Where should it be?

Creatures of the Caribbean is an expansion of Wildlife Park 3. You need to start and play Wildlife Park 3 to use the content of that DLC.

Okay. So, it doesn't have any campaigns and isn't used in any Wildlife Park 3 Campaigns then, correct? Is it essentailly just a pack of animals, items, etc that can be used in free build mode then? Or am I missing something more to it?
