Game manual
Could you add the game manual somewhere in the files? I found one online when searching for hotkeys, but the pages stating hotkeys were missing! D:

The link given above seems to be broken.
In fact, I am searching for some hotkeys to use in this game to give my mouse some rest, but besides the 'Tab' key, no keyboard controls are mentioned in the manual that can be downloaded via Steam.
Are there hotkeys?

Edit: I found a demo install which contains the complete manual. Steam just deleted the last few pages and did not care about the last page, which lists the hotkeys...
