When?

Hey all people, why the cheat "son of sam" and "murderer" don't working on ingame ? The others work but not these, help me please.

I've made a post more than a year ago, almost 2, about finding a solution to the firehouse dog barking puzzle for the cloth, without using meat for the dog. I originally used the meat on Mr. potsdam, and he was super happy to have it. But I am now without the meat to assuage the dog. Is there a solution without it? Or do I have to start over? I don't have a save file from before I did that....
