There is just a rather dubious link to a mugshot collection, though his mugshot (him wearing exactly the same shirt as in the game) really is funny in a totally terrible way.
But as far as I know, anything below 18 (could be 17) is considered CP by Texan law (and probably also American law in general, what do I know), so nobody knows what really happened or what he did and it's kinda dangerous to throw such heavy accusations at people without real proof.
