Ctrl + F4?

So I just finished Day 4 (or maybe 5? Right after getting the Barber's striped pole) and a screen comes up with a picture of the disc, asking me to press ctrl + F4 and then press the left mouse button.

I have done this over and over but nothing happens. The screen fades out for a few seconds and then comes right back asking me to do it again. How the hell do I move on from this?

I know this is kind of old but I thought I'd comment with my fix anyway in case it helps someone. I had to add the function key to the mix, so you're really doing ctrl + fn + f4 + left click. I usually had to do it twice but it worked for me. Hope that helps :)

For me it worked to use the right Ctrl-button (next to the arrow keys) instead of the left one.
