Is there a way to downgrade the game?

Hello everyone, I was just watching some videos online and saw that certain cutscenes or things were removed from the original version, I was wondering if there was a way to download so we could watch the cutscenes, have the game looking like it used to etc.

Thanks for the information in advanced and if there is a way a lot of people will appreciate that they can play the uncut version.

The English version that Steam released is uncut. The Spanish and French versions are censored. They are missing two cutscenes where kids are eating their mom.
