Report a translation problem
There is a bug with cap ship pathing in Serpentine Haze (FO Teladi Space) IF player is docked to the cap ship and I believe if the player is in the zone.
Otherwise, it should work.
Could you please post more details (eg which gates, are you present in the zone, any mods etc)?
Yeah thats what I tried, but even then nothing happened. I tried going to exhaustless mines and then set the fleet to go to my location. They just fly right through gate again without jumping. Other times they just sit there near gate doing nothing.
I have to test it out a bit more tough. What exact procedure youd recommend?
I've had good luck, but as always YMMV when it comes to betas. I seem to get smoother framerates in the beta. The B1 patch had a bug where all the capships couldn't use their boosters. The new B2 patch fixed it.
Are you using any hierarchy in your ship organisation?
Do they have any other orders in their "trip" submenu?
When you go to your property menu (enter-> 2 -> 2) and you select your ship, what is the displayed command in the upper left corner? Wait, None, Follow Skunk?
Have you tried removing them and then adding them to your squad?

- i tried different things, mainly fly to zone, also going there and issuing follow me or fly to my location

- not really, all is put to skunk. I tried with some different setups (like all ships outside my squad or putting some ships to be in control of another)

- if you mean fly to command then yes, theres like 5 other commands to give

- I cant check right now for sure, but I think it displays any command I gave. So If i set command fly to zone, these info pannels show "flo to..." command being under way

- yes
regarding the video - that is exactly my problem. Plus sometimes the ships get stuck and dont make the loop even in slow speed. Ill reload some saves later and test it. Its super annoying... i would rather not have that asteroid :D
- went into some empty space area in teladi space (so outside any zone)
- took out all ships from my squad so they are all individual
- set command fly to zone -> gemstone manufacturer
Every single ship shows fly to gemstone manufacturer command. The ships fly through the gate without jumping as usual :/ I suspect its the boosting problem maybe? The only difference I can see between first unsuccessful flythrough is that its in boost and the other one with super slow turn looks like normal speed.
