ArkCraft: The Rebirth of the World

a bit more feedback/bugs/suggestions
Thanks again for a great game....here are a few other items to consider or help me to understand why it is the way it is...thanks!

1) if loot falls in the water you can't retrieve it as it only lets you drink
2) aftermath area seems perpetually dusk and sometimes that's hard for me to see in. Can we get a brightness setting please?
3) watering plots - you never know or see that you have watered or watered enough. When you apply fertilizer it changes the plot so you can see it has been applied. But watering doesn't seem to show visually. How do you know you've applied water or enough?
4) the aftermath area is really just the same plants/trees over and over again and is quite a boring landscape whereas the initial island had such diversity in regions. I know this is after a flood, but maybe parts of it would have been restored? or preserved?

yes

there is no watered enough or a need of water. they grow even without water. more water means faster growth. you can see how fast they grow when you aim at the plant. it will show the growth bar next to your character states. but to answer your question, there is no visual indication at the moment.

it is quite difficult to add anything after a flood. but i will copy here what i wrote in another thread about my roadmap on this matter.

"currently i am adding new stuff to the aftermath map like new village, new placeable buildings and new quests like "transform the world into a paradise" placeable trees, gardens etc."

the issue with adding new stuff is if i add a whole village to a place where a player has previously built their home… imagine that your base and all work is destroyed because of that..
Thanks so much for your responses. I understand and appreciate your answers. I did find a bug in the building.....if you place a windowed wall, you can't put anything on top of it. I had a windowed wall on the one end of my house and in building the roof you need to use the triangle wall pieces and it wouldn't place. I thought it odd and tried other pieces and nothing would stack on top of the windowed wall. Just an FYI. Thanks.

stone. I did not test the others with it.
- I went to pick up papyrus at the edge of the small lake and even when aiming at the top of the stems and even if they are highlighted, the character drinks water almost every time, even several meters inland.
- have you tried the front camera while flying and moving forward ?

Problems with the NPC aftermath career?
- we put food in the granite and marble mines but the crafts start automatically without turning on the machines and especially without taking into account the quantity that we have requested.
- the enemies attack all at the same time even if some are far away ? They are easy to kill but I do not know if it is normal. Above all, the most disturbing is that they depopulate too quickly and sometimes we do not have time to loot them busy killing the others.

erratum : yes mines take into account our quantity required, they just do it in several states.

-the mines have still autocraft. i have disabled it with next coming patch.
-if you attack one, it will alarm the other ones too..
i will increase the time of disappear so there is plenty time for loot.

It's cool but it didn't do it on the first map so I didn't know if it was really wanted...

The alarm radius is set higher for them. And they circle and guard that position around the mines. they have also higer chase radius. but also respawn time 20 minutes instead of 10 minutes like in first map.

let's say that ennemis keeps you busy while waiting for the mines to finish working...

about the FLyboost, I personally don't see any difference with the normal mode and it doesn't draw more on the stamina like running, would there be a way to go a little faster ?
I even wonder if it's not faster to run...lol

are u holding the spacebar ? it costs 10 stamina once and then normal consumption. The speed is currently exactly the same as when running

i changed the key for right shift but before was the same,
yes there is a very little difference but not significative,
and when i fly higher in the sky, seems really slowly fly.
