When starting the launcher gives an error "code 43000" "DFU Information root xml"

Hey,
this usually shows either a bad internet connection or just old dumpfiles.
Check Wifi and the general packet loss (use a speedtest as example) and clean your registry by using CCleaner. Also you can hit the "check files" button in the launcher, which will do a CRC check to toe gamefiles.
