Game Uses (Xing Code 3 Anti Cheat)

Please be aware this game uses a Anti - Cheat created by a 3rd party company, and may or may not be 100% Safe... The game doesn't inform users until after it installs it without asking permission. XingCode3 is developed by Wellbia, with no Terms OF Service, or PRivacy Policy...

Perhaps its not as Malicious as it used to be and only contains itself within the "Steam Directory" Although users should be notified and given a chance to (Back Out) or (Opt Out) and Uninstall the game from their system before any additional content they did not consent to is installed.

XingCode3, is also not covered under the Terms OF Serivce of many games using their 3rd party Anti Cheats, and (Steam Should) Actively carefully monitor what games it allows to be (Green Light) or posted on steam should meet certain requirements, Also note that Google Play has XingCode3 installed on many cellphones from many Korea titles of games without consent as well.

I read steams EULA, and Steam actually allows it by not taking responsibility for services provided by third parties...

1.) Why do many games install XingCode3 without consent, I read the EULA of the 3rd parties and its usually never wrote there that it installs (XingCode3) which is not made by the game company?

2.) Where can I find the EULA, and Privacy Policy / Data Collection information for XingCode3.

I would really love to know what type of information is being sent, and where its going when XingCode3, was installed without asking.
