Currently there is (and won't be) no option to change the field of view.
If you like to, try out to change the aspection ratio like here in my stream.
Often viewers ask me there if i get this "FOV" but its just the reso.

Also resolutions for 4:3 on a 16:9 Monitor change the feeling.
