A targem member told me they were daydreaming about making a new HTA. But he said "bread first", because they have to make Xout first

It's such an underserved niche, where else are you gonna go for a Car Wars fix? We basically have this, Interstate, and nothing else. Maybe one day there'll be a next gen version with Spintires physics...

Actually there is also Bandits Phoenix Rising. that is also cars with guns. but not openworld.

Rise of clans has an english translation. A lot of it is just a bit wrong. but that just has a nice charm.
