Save game edit

i would love to add money to my new save game as to not have to grind. Anyone figured out how to add money through save edit, or any other way?

I figured that the saves are actually located in Appdata/Locallow/viking

But i cannot for the life of me figure out how to add money to the save game.

Go to https://www.saveeditonline.com/ and upload your save. In the search field type whatever your current money amount is. It will say something like Values[502] 1002. The last number will be in green. double click on that and change it to whatever you want it to be then download the save to one of the save games folders. The number in brackets seems to change every time I save the game so that number wont always be the same.

May I ask what folders where before Appdata/ It's location. I'm trying to find the Appdata/locallow/viking you poinred out. Thanks

I dont know , i type %appdata% in the search bar and the folder open directly!

C:\Users\[name]\AppData\LocalLow\Viking where [name] is whatever you named your computer. the AppData folder is hidden by default in windows so you might have to enable hidden folders to see it.

The save editor program (2018) does not work anymore. It will not upload or even try to take your save game file.

I went to my saved game file and highlighted it. The editor would not try to upload it.

Worked fine for me. It took all of 2 minutes to follow his very clear directions BIG CIGAR to Zeroskill.
