Can anyone confirm what I found on the web regarding NG+?

I have no idea where you got it from but most of it is fake or doesn't make any sense.

NG+ allows you to replay (the same) campaign with all your wanzers, money, pilots experience, skills, etc intact. It also unlocks 3 extra (optional) difficulty settings. Difficulty settings only affects enemy attack power and defence, nothing else. That's all there is for NG+ in this game.

NG+ allows you to catch up with missed dialogues, scenes, equipment and secret missions, but it doesn't add new content.
