At level 30, if you want Burgiba BZ, you need to win 12 Team battles with Carrie, and if you want Red Crow MS, you need to win 14 Team battles with Jan.
Both methods are extremely tedious, and I wouldn't do that.
It's easier to equip a low-level character with Schakal B or similar and have them maintain their prize to 2105 or higher.
If you're at level 6, you can get Burgiba BZ after 10 Solo battle wins against Brown, and if you're at level 7, you can get Red Crow MS after 4 Solo battle wins against Jorg.

I will also add that not all strongest weapons can be acquired through the arena. Most of them yes, but some can be only obtained by surrendering proper enemies in end game missions. Specifically the best Machine Gun (mission 29), Rod (Mission 29) and Shield (Mission 30)
