Stuck without other keys in chapter 6

I'm stuck in chapter 6 after auto-completing the puzzle with the scale and the heiroglyphs. I got one key out of one capsle and then the scale is disabled from interaction and all my 6 puzzle pieces are gone. I can't get the door with the multiple locks open, because I have no other key. The hotspots vanished. I have no other save file to retry and would have to start from scratch.

Any ideas?

I've tried it myself. It seems to be a bug. If you solve the scales puzzle manually all capsules move to the floor level. So you can get a key from each of them. If you auto-solve the puzzle only one capsule moves to floor level. So you get only one of the needed keys. Since the scales hotspot is now inactive you're stucked as far as I can see.

Extract the downloaded Zip-file and copy the files (slot001.sav to slot003.sav) to the subfolder "\BlackMirrorIII\Savegames" of your "My Documents" (Win XP) or "Documents" (Win Vista and up) folder. With a german Windows it is "Eigene Dateien" or "Dokumente". If you can't finde the folder you may have to change the Windows folder options to make all folders (for example system folders) visible.

The correct solution for the scales is: arrowhead, bowl, fish, staff

Thanks. Luckily I had a save game from just a couple of minutes before and I was able to solve it myself. I'll leave this post for others to see.

Had the same issue and restarted from a previous save only to have the issue again. If you happen to take any key before finding the solution to this puzzle (normally or automatically), the use any key you already had on the door on the left. Then, click on the leftmost capsule to get all 6 keys.
