There's no cloud sync and I have a new laptop

Hi, I got a new laptop and when I tried to run Oknytt though Steam, which is installed on my new laptop, I noticed that my saved geme isn't there. Apparently there's no cloud sync. I am a newbie so excuse the silly question but where can I find and how can I transfer the saved game to my new laptop? Thanks a lot in advance xx
