Increase team size?

I have gotten into league 3, which means, YAY four dog team, right? BUT NO?

it still only lets me use a team of 3 dogs? Why's that? how do I increase my team size if being in league 3 or above doesn't do the trick???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? I never said I gave up on the game. Just said it's a dead game. Meaning, no more improvements on it.
I play it once in a while.
