Invisible Front Of Cards!

hello! i'm not able to see the front of cards. it will occasionally happen to one card when i play clue with my friends, and we believe there its just a bug because if we deal the card around it'll fix itself, but i tried to play The Binding Of Issac Requiem game and I cant see all of the cards, like they're ALL invisible! I have played it previously on this computer but it has been a while, so this isn't a new game.
I have already tried clearing my steam cache in steam settings, and turned off my mods caching in the in game settings. Recently the game has been taking a while to load (it shouldn't, my pc should be able to load it pretty quick) and such so im not sure if its just a my pc problem and my storage is to full, or something else!
any help is appreciated :)

i didn't see anything in the "having issues" pinned website, but i could've missed it!
also i'm sorry if this is not in the right sub forum because it involves workshop games/cards!

A friend of mine has recently had the same problem with Charioteer. On different days, various pdf based things will just white-page for him. Today it was all copies of the rules (which I submodded to be scattered around the table for ease of reference) and the final seven cards of the main deck. Earlier this week, no problems at all. Last night, a lot more than 7 cards but he could see the rulebook(s). (Or at least he didn't mention not seeing them, we were trying to figure out the card problem and so he may have been distracted.)

Subscribing in case anything comes up. He'll be checking with the mod creator to see if there have been problems, although the deck image source and the rule book were uploaded to steam not to imgr or whatever.
