Red question marks instead of textures

When i load some modes, it may loads with red question marks instead of textures on models without any error. I stil can copy texture adress from properties, reupload them (even from Steam Cloud to Steanm Cloud), and then texture appears. After reinstalling C++ 2012, opening 3 steam p2p ports and turn off cashing some textures returns, but some are still replaced with red question marks

I'm getting this suddenly as well. Started about a week ago. Red question marks on loads of random things. Tried all the above and it hasn't helped. I've even got it on the preview of the 'Three Cheers for Master' DLC when you go to load a game.

This fix probably isn't applicable for everyone but I fixed the issue by upgrading my Wifi network adapter. I was on an old 2.4ghz adapter that had compatibility issues with Windows 10 and was also causing browser downloads to randomly fail.

For some reason, i changed my provider and don't get this bug anymore, but it's strange that missing textures not cause errors, but just become another unchangable texture.

might want to try reset texture cache.
