Where can I upload audio files that will link properly through it's URL with a LUA script?

I have tried Catbox, Neocities, Dropbox (modifying the URL and making the file "public") and even the games own Cloud Server and nothing seems to work. I need to know a site that for sure can function properly. Curiosly enough, files that upload correctly to the Music Player don't work in a Lua Script. I'm desperate!
