Cannot load any mods

Hello guys, I've been playing this game for over 100 hours and this is the first time I encountered such problem.

First when I launch the game, it says "load block list error: win32 IO returned 395" and "WWW TEXT error".

And when I go to create games (even singleplayer game), I am flooded with error messages "load image failed unsupported format: UNKOWN" and "failed to load Mod object".

When I set my Configurations to Game Data, it shows mods that I have previously subscribed to (yet same error messages when I try to load them); when the Configurations is set to Documents, it says "Error loading this save" for all my mods.

I have tried to create games with and without VPN, also uninstall/install the game, and the problem persists.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem? I really want to play games with my friends. TAT
