Report a translation problem
I've never used Sketchup, so I did some experimenting.
It seems the issue is that your scale is much too large. If you look at the "v" entries, they are 10,000 units apart. After I went through and reduced those entries to 1 instead of 10,000, the cube imported into TTS without issue.
I think TTS may import units uniformly, so you might want to switch to a larger unit, and scale down your objects before exporting.
