I'll try resizing to other powers of 2... it might have to be tomorrow. I'll letcha know how it works then!
Edit: Oh, I almost forgot. Whenever I tried to make a deck with 10 or 20 copies of a card, it seemed like the program just ignored the zero.

This automaticly resizes the image to 4096x4096 (Power of 2)
Also accepts 0's in card amounts eg. 10, 20, 30 cards of the same type.
(Thanks for reporting that Talif Moor)
I am gonna play so much Pokemon you don't even know thank you

For games that need large amounts of cards with random text,
Decker makes it easy to make those too.
You can also now drag a folder, or multiple deck files onto decker to process.
New version out :) 0.7

Decker will now add the decks you generate straight into your Tabletop Simulator Chest,
Note: you need to run decker in the background (Double click on the decker.exe) while the game is running as it serves the images.
If you port forward 20002, Decker will serve deck images to others who join your game,
no need to put your decks on a website.
These features are Beta at the moment so please report back if something is not working or the process is not straightforward enough.
