Previously the base price was R$ 36.99 and R$ 18.49 on sales.
Now the base price is R$ 59.99 and went down to R$ 29.99 on the latest sale.

Then this is definitely some regional pricing thing, seeing on SteamDB USA's price seems to be stable, but setting it to Brazillian Real you can see the jump

Sure, but is it worth it at double the price? Sounds like your best option is just wait for the next 50% sale to get it for the original price. Luckily, those sales happen all the time (likely in a few days).
Um saco isso pô, o four-pack era super acessível quando tinha promo, já tenho o jogo, tava querendo comprar pra umas amigas, mas agora mesmo com a sale o preço tá praticamente o mesmo preço base de antes.
