Core Rules - free PDF download from Warhammer's website[www.warhammer-community.com].
Codex - gonna have to buy this. Since you want to play Krieg, you'll need the Astra Militarum[www.warhammer.com] (aka Imperial Guard) codex. Or you can "acquire" the book from other places. Can't talk about that here.
Models - plenty of good workshop mods. I recommend Seaborne's stuff, they collect all the models they can find and upload mega-collections. Here's a link to their Krieg one. In real life, you have to buy, build, and paint plastic kits, which is fun, but very expensive and time-consuming.
Board - I like the Warhammer Map Builder, but if you don't want to do that, there's plenty of good maps in the workshop.
An opponent - I think there's Tabletop Sim Warhammer Discords. I only really play with my friends, so I don't know.
Note: the current "edition" of 40k is 10th. The game has a long history and they don't do a good job of labeling things, so if you go looking for codices or stuff it can get pretty confusing.
In fact, rn I am looking for krieg codex in spanish and found quickly, you know.
In the future I would like to use the krieg plastic models irl, but ye, I know its a very expensive.
