Game Slows down computer way to much
I love this game to death and I love playing with my friends but whenever I play it slows down my whole computer and lags quite often. I can barely open youtube while playing and my teamspeak is delayed up to 20 seconds while playing. I don't have a bad computer at all i7 gtx660 6gb ram. Why is this happening?

Some people have had success with disconnecting their webcams to resolve framerate issues.

My webcam is built in and is never on so I don't see how this could be causing frame rate problems for a game that doesn't use webcams.

Well you're the expert then.

This game also seems to run super intensively for me. In just playing around for a few minutes I haven't really noticed any lag or slow down. But it makes my computer really howl. Which just doesn't make sense to me. My specs are:

Intel i7 950
6GB ram
Geforce GTX 560 ti
1tb HD

It just doesn't seem like this game should be so intense, and it honestly makes me a little worried to run the game.

Really hoping for some optimization.

If your web cam is built-in then that mean you are using a sh*tty little non-gaming laptop. In conclution turn the graphic down to the lowest and if that does not work play on a gaming tower.

"Howling" computers are fine it just means they're working and cooling down.

It's possible for LCD monitors to have built in webcams...

I could have sworn my MSI GT70 was a gaming laptop and it has a built in webcam.
