LOTS of lag when I start any game

I must say this because I think anyone is talking about it right now but the hell with it...

The thing is I don't get any kind of lag in the main menu -which is good, I guess- but when I start some game (single or multi) the lag appears and I have like... 1 or 5 fps.

I don't get it. It should be working. My laptop is good with almost any high cost game. Dota 2 works for me at 60fps, and so TF2, Skyrim, Warframe, Surgeon Simulator 2013... Many games, but this one.

I presume that this is having to do with microphone (because when I click on the voice key it suddenly lags a lot, like in Chivalry Medieval Warfare or MONACO). I want an option to disable the microphone at all times (I'm not a very talktive guy, I prefer the text).

I know that it's still in alpha and all that stuff, but... I don't know, it just needs optimization.

maybe try a lower setting? i know you can run other triple A games with 60, but this game isnt optimized yet (alpha). so its going to have alot of memory holes. sorry to hear about your problem, hopefully someone else can help.

you said its a microphone issue, are you using any non stock sound software? mine is Realtek HD manager which is stock...

Uh, not a single one of those are high end except maybe skyrim LOL. DOTA2/TF2/Warframe/Surgeon Simulator work at max on 10 year old rigs. Skyrim even isn't that high-end AFAIR.

It's probably time to upgrade.

Buuut keep in mind that this is early access and i'm sure many optimizations WILL be made over the course of the development. But usually optimizing is a later priority so it might not be for a bit.

How much time do you give it to load when joining a game? If you join a game that has a lot of custom cards it can take a while to load and while it does the lag is increased.
